the staff are genuinely attentive. rachel at the kids club made the holiday relaxing. Our daughter loved spending time there. sabina runs a fantastic spa. I enjoyed a wonderful massage and a relaxing facial.
I did notice seaweed at the private beach entrance. It wasn't cleaned during the week.

The steak station had delicious meat. Katrina served us that evening and was kind. dimis room service was also very kind, providing prompt and efficient service, we were well-catered for. the food in every section of the hotel was totally excellent every day.

the hotel is easily accessible from the airport, a smooth drive. we hired a car, finding the roads well kept and clearly signed. the hotel's situation allows for easy exploration of the surrounding areas and local attractions.

The room was beautifully decorated and well-appointed with a balcony and perfect views. the bathroom was nicely laid out, with good fixtures and a wonderful vanity unit with a hairdryer. our room had the best view. We will remember it fondly.

The breakfast buffet was extensive, with choices that were acceptable.
The lack of a proper beach was quite annoying. The description mentioned a nearby sandy beach, something that did not exist. The only options were entry into the water via a pontoon or over rocks covered in algae. The pool staff seemed under pressure, constantly pushing paid drinks, yet were unattentive when we didn't order.

The hotel staff were cute. They delivered extra bottles of water to our room. The maid cleaned our room daily to a high standard, and the hotel provided refreshments in the evening as well. I found this attention to detail excellent. The hotel staff offered to help with bags and additional services. I am already planning my return..
The gym needed more equipment. I would have liked to see a spin bike available for workouts.
